Billing Arrangements

Our fee for a normal consultation is $68.00, but if paid on the day is reduced to $58.00. If 2 or more family members are seen on the same day, the fee will be reduced. Health Care card holders/other card holders are charged a reduced fee of $58.00 and $48.00 if paid on the day.(Approximately $15.00 out of pocket) No patient will be turned away. If you have financial difficulties please discuss this with your Doctor. Please note we do not Bulk bill on saturdays. A fee of $68.00 will be charged.

Home Visits

Home visits from our doctors are available to elderly patients who are physically unable to visit the clinic. These visits should be booked through reception by phoning the clinic. Patients who are not elderly but are unable to come to the clinic can also be visited. Pensioners will be bulk billed. For private patients there will be a charge of $120.00

Transferring Medical Records

A fee will be charged to cover Practice costs. This will be at the Doctor's Discretion.

After Hours

The Practice phone(9481 4861) is now answered by Locum Service who will assist you & provide a Doctor to visit in your home, if necessary. Pensioners are bulk billed for this service. For all other patients, the fees are $95.00 between 8.00am and 5.00pm and After Hours $135.00.

Repeat Prescriptions/Referrals

If patient has been seen in previous week, a script will be written. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for this service. All other patients must be seen by a Dcotor.
