Q: Does a tax invoice arrive with the goods?
Ans: No. Your tax invoice is sent to your email address as soon as your payment is received and processed. Your parcel will include what is called a packing slip, and this is a simple checklist of the items included in the package. Prices do not appear in this list in case the the purchase is intended as a gift.
Q: How do I know if I am logged-in successfully?
Ans: You will know you are logged in successfully when you see your name appear with a welcome message in the top right hand column of the site. If you do not see your name, you can login through thr right column.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Ans: Yes, it is extremely safe.
When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet. Your credit card number is removed from our on-line server within one minute of it arriving and is stored on a separate secure server which is not accessible via the internet at all.
Q: When do you charge my credit card?
Ans: All online credit card orders are charged upfront, at the time of the order. We do this to validate the order and to ensure that all stock is pre-purchased. Paying upfront also substantially reduces order processing time, and ensures that as a customer, all you need to do is sit back and wait for your delivery to arrive.
In the event we are unable to supply the ordered item a full refund will be offered.
